Cuenta con servicio a domicilio, lo cual es muy útil en casos difíciles o donde los animalitos no se pueden mover fácilmente. Eso es de gran ayuda. Ofrece también servicio de corte de pelo y estilista canino, con varias promociones en ellas.
El establecimiento ahora está más grande, donde puede ofrecer más servicios como hospitalización. Sugiero siempre hacer una cita telefónica ya que siempre está ocupado. El nuevo local tiene estacionamiento. La cercanía a Plaza Galerías lo hace muy conveniente y cómoda.
En mi experiencia he recibido excelente trato y mis mascotas las cuales son felices y sanas.
En el tema de la eutanasia, lo hace solo si es estrictamente necesario, solo después de una exhaustiva revisión del perrito como enfermedades terminales; haciéndolo con tacto humano y de manera indolora y rápida. También tiene servicio de disposición del cuerpo y, si lo desea, con recuperación de cenizas. Todo de forma profesional y humana.
