★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me agradó el lugar. Es como un oasis en el Municipio de Chimalhuacán. Tiene una tarifa en abril del 2022 de $40 adultos y $20 niños.
Con una promoción familiar de 2 adultos y 2 niños por $100.
El Domo Digital es muy cómodo y la programación depende del horario de visita, pero nuestra experiencia fue muy emocionante por la proyección vista. Excelente para chicos y grandes!!!
 I liked the place. It is like an oasis in the Municipality of Chimalhuacán. It has a rate in April 2022 of $40 adults and $20 children.

The Digital Dome is very comfortable and the programming depends on the visiting hours, but our experience was very exciting because of the projection seen. Excellent for children and adults!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar, las instalaciones están bien, los baños están limpios y en general es muy buen lugar para ir en familia, desde la entrada de los nuevos guías se disfruta más la visita, en especial con la guía Jazmín.
2 cosas negativas
La función dura muy poco pero a su vez el tiempo entre estás es enorme.
La gente no guarda silencio en la función y patea tu asiento
Excellent place, the facilities are good, the bathrooms are clean and in general it is a very good place to go as a family, since the arrival of the new guides the visit is more enjoyable, especially with the Jazmín guide.
2 negative things
The show lasts very little but at the same time the time between you is enormous.

Platicando con varias personas de la comunidad... Recibí el mismo comentario lunes y martes no abren... Jueves y viernes hay que atinarle... Así que parece que solo fin de semana pero nada es seguro y aunque han pedido se regularice... No han dado respuesta y si a lo lejos se ve una cartulina con los precios de entrada. $40 adultos y $20 niños

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El planetario digital de Chimalhuacán, es uno de los principales elementos icónicos de nuestro municipio.
Por información general, podemos rescatar que es el segundo planetario más grande de México e inclusive de América Latina.
Cuenta con una de las áreas más interesantes para estudiar los diferentes fenómenos astronómicos ya que cuenta con una amplia gama de elementos estructurales en el mapa estelar.
Como recomendación general, me gustaría que existieran actividades nocturnas, como son: Talleres para el manejo de telescopios, proyecciones de modelos aplicados a diferentes galaxias y otros talleres más.
Posiblemente algunas personas no le encuentren mucha gracia a este planetario ¿Para qué nos sirve?
Sin duda alguna es uno de los máximos exponentes de cultura educativa en nuestra región, al incentivar a muchos jóvenes a estudiar licenciaturas como Física, Ciencias de la Tierra o inclusive matemáticas aplicadas o ingeniería en minería.
Datos generales de obra:
Se encuentra ubicado en una superficie de 3 mil 966 metros cuadrados, cuneta con una plaza para acceso general a la población con una superficie de 216 metros cuadrados.
Un vestíbulo, una taquilla (se encuentran en gestión otras dos)
Cuenta con un área de exposiciones permanentes con una superficie de 440 metros cuadrados y un área para la realización de actividades con una superficie de 81.90 metros cuadrados.
Domo de proyección con una capacidad de 220 espectadores.
Proyectores láser en 4k, sonido 3D, con calidad visual de 4 millones de megapíxeles, cuenta además con 8 canales de frecuencia iluminaria, cuenta con un diámetro de 18 metros y 160 grados en curvatura para una visibilidad de 180 grados.
La pantalla fue realizada por la empresa Kosmos Scientific, procedente de los Estados Unidos
Datos de interés:
Su costo fue mayor a los $49,000,000 (Cuarenta y nueve millones de pesos)
Un anónimo donó un fragmento de meteorito procedente de la región de Chimalhuacán, sin duda alguna es uno de los máximos vestigios de nuestro municipio.
La Escuela Nacional de Cañonería, Tanquería y Cohetería, realizarón las gestiones necesarias para la zona recreativa en donde se encuentran los telescopios.
Actualmente cuenta con el respaldo de la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, en donde podemos encontrar ejemplares de la revista ¿Cómo ves?
Inicio funciones el 6 de agosto del 2018 de manera formal para el desarrollo de las diferentes actividades con la que ejemplifica y formaliza un proyecto de desarrollo continuo del municipio.

Hay manualidades para hacer y hay chavos de una escuela que son los guías y te explican todo. Entre semana nada de gente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un espacio muy pequeño que fácilmente puedes recorrer en menos de una hora.
Las explicaciones sobre las diferentes salas son muy básicas y parece que solo se les dió un guión el cuál se deben de aprender, por lo que si tienes alguna duda posiblemente no te la resolverán.
El precio es algo caro para lo que se ofrece, sin embargo vale la pena entrar al planetario y disfrutar de alguna de las proyecciones.
El lugar como tal no cuenta con estacionamiento pero a algunos escasos metros hay un estacionamiento público. Es importante considerar que la señal es muy pobre, por lo que pedir un Uber/Didi desde ahí puede ser algo complicado.
It is a very small space that you can easily go through in less than an hour.
The explanations about the different rooms are very basic and it seems that they were only given a script which they must learn, so if you have any questions they may not solve it for you.
The price is somewhat expensive for what is offered, however it is worth entering the planetarium and enjoying some of the projections.
The place as such does not have parking but a few meters away there is a public parking lot. It is important to consider that the signal is very poor, so requesting an Uber/Didi from there can be somewhat complicated.
