La atención al cliente deja mucho que desear, tanto en el trato como en conocimientos técnicos.
La primer semana de enero 2022 fui a cotizar llantas para una Suzuki 250, al preguntar el costo de alineación y balanceo me contestan que como son motos chicas no se balancean llantas, que se instalan así nomás. Esto me lo dijo uno de los vendedores, un chico como de 20 - 25 años, tez morena clara, delgado y tatuado del rostro. Para que lo tengan presente si acuden al lugar.
Otra ocasión fui a comprar una batería, pero no me dejaron insertarla en el zócalo de la moto (sin conectarla) para asegurarme de que fuera la adecuada en cuanto a tamaño físico. Ese mismo vendedor me decía que debía comprarla primero, razonamiento por demás absurdo si no estaba yo seguro de que le quedaría a la moto. Y como argumento repetía "-es la misma es la misma". Esta última experiencia me decidió a considerar esta tienda solo como última opción, pues ya antes he comprado baterías en otras tiendas y sin problema me han permitido colocarlas en el zócalo de la moto (sin conectarla) para comprar a la segura.
Como alternativa fui a la PlanetMotoMx que está sobre Via Morelos, en Tulpetlac casi frente a la Jumex, ahí la atención al cliente muy buena, incluso uno compra y sale sintiéndose agradecido al encontrar los productos que busca o al menos un trato muy amable.

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired, both in terms of treatment and technical knowledge.
The first week of January 2022 I went to quote tires for a Suzuki 250, when I asked the cost of alignment and balancing they told me that since they are small motorcycles, tires are not balanced, that they are installed just like that. This was told to me by one of the vendors, a boy between 20 and 25 years old, light brown complexion, thin and with a tattoo on his face. So that they keep it in mind if they go to the place.
Another time I went to buy a battery, but they wouldn't let me insert it into the socket of the bike (without connecting it) to make sure it was the right one in terms of physical size. That same seller told me that I should buy it first, an absurd reasoning if I wasn't sure that it would fit the bike. And as an argument he repeated "-it's the same it's the same". This last experience decided me to consider this store only as a last option, because I have already bought batteries in other stores before and without any problem they have allowed me to place them in the socket of the motorcycle (without connecting it) to buy safely.
As an alternative, I went to PlanetMotoMx, which is on Via Morelos, in Tulpetlac, almost in front of Jumex, there the customer service is very good, you even buy and leave feeling grateful when you find the products you are looking for or at least very friendly treatment.

Demasiado local para tan poco interés de atender Asus clientes, lamentable que el personal no oriente adecuadamente a sus compradores para que luego de pedir un cambio solo te digan, no se puede por sistema, siendo que ahi supuestamente te asesoraron, cuando no fue así, se trata solo de vender sin el interés de que el cliente se valla satisfecho. Gran desepcion.
Lots of local, little interest. Too local for so little interest in serving Asus customers, it is unfortunate that the staff does not adequately guide their buyers so that after asking for a change they only tell you, it is not possible by system, since they supposedly advised you there, when it was not so, it is just about selling without the interest of the customer leaving satisfied. great disappointment
