★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me atrase un par de meses cubri el adeudo con todo e intereses me costo un poco de trabajo ponerle al corriente me atrase 8 dias mas y me quitaron el vehiculo y ademas me pusieron en buro por un adeudo que estaba pagando, no compren con ellos son fastidiosos y ademas su taza de interes es super alta contra por ejemplo inbursa u otro credito automotriz

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una asco de financiera, me traspasaron el automóvil y en estos 6 meses no me he atrasado en ningún pago, sin en cambio van 3 veces que tengo problemas con el seguro por que planfia no los paga( el carro está financiado con todo y seguro) no contestan y se hacen los dignos para atenderte, no recomiendo esta financiadora

El gerente Regional Sr. André Alegría, un grosero, no te resuelve nada, se enoja si tienes dudas y pides una explicación, es altanero y te cuelga las llamadas sin permitirte siquiera hablar. Los pagos aunque los hagas puntuales no los toman en cuenta y constantemente te molestan diciendo que debes, cuando no es así. De verdad, no los contraten. Pésimo servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor financiera!!! Deben cerrarla con tantas quejas. Resulta que me están pidiendo ACTUALMENTE 2021 comprobantes de pago del 2019 y 2020. Primero me pidieron de éstos últimos 12 meses! Y los envié para aclaración porque me subió interés moratorio, etc aún que de pagó en tiempo y forma (sólo porque ellos no lo tenían reflejado).... Y resulta que uno tiene que andar detrás de la señorita Evangelina a ver si ya quedó aclarado y resulta que NO! Que me piden ahora más meses del 2019, "sino no pueden empezar la aclaración" por Dios!!! Total me habló supongo que el gerente, quien nunc ame dio su nombre a pesar de habérselo pedifo muchas veces, es grosero, altanero y me orillaba a las respuestas que él quería escuchar, interrumpía, etc. Me dijo que después no me quejara si al término de pago del coche no me daban la factura. Le pedí que me resolviera lo de los 12 pagos que me pidió hace 1 mes aprox y dicen que NO se puede hasta que le mande ahora de más atrás... Es una pérdida de tiempo y juegan con uno. Es una verdadera burla!!!!
