★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic experience. Our little pooch ate something that has made him sick. I waited until the end of the day hoping he would feel better, but when he didn't I began to worry. So I started my search for an English speaking vet (my Spanish is not quite good enough to handle medical information). I found Planned Pethood and even though they were closing, they made the time to see us. They had to charge a late appointment fee, but coming from the veterinarians in the US, I welcome their late fee. The staff are super nice, young/hip and helpful. Thank You!!??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They may be ok for routine things like vaccines and wellness visits but if anything is serious or complicated with you pet STAY AWAY as some of the veterinarians here are very inexperienced and not able to make accurate diagnosis or treatment decisions. I am a US licensed veterinary technician with 20 years experience working in specialty emergency and internal medicine - My cat was hospitalized at PP and delayed treatment for 4 days because their veterinarian refused to listen to my concerns until they called in a "specialist" who agreed with my assessment and prescribed treatment that may have been too late for my cat's condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my personal opinion, this is the best place to bring your pet. They take good care of it, they're fully staffed and their prices are fairly reasonable. They have some low-cost programs for pet sterilization and they have bilingual service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We carried our youngest Cat to get taken care of, wife had called prior so we arrived with no carrier. At first they wanted to refuse, then they understood he travels with us and is not likely to escape. They took good care Little Bit.
Over the years as a Foster Parent for Dogs being rescued, can say the Vets are very good. Pricing is reasonable. The front desk has issues.
