Quiero interponer una queja a la unidad ubicada en colonia buenos Aires Zac. Esperando ser atendida la cual dure en espera más de 5 min y nadie salió atender se le toco y no salieron, me retiré y al darle la vuelta alcance a ver que el tipo salió asomarse. Por educación mínimo hubiera salido a decir si no había servicio por el momento en lugar de hacerlo esperar.

I want to file a complaint with the unit located in Colonia Buenos Aires Zac. Waiting to be attended which lasts more than 5 min and no one came out to attend to it, they were touched and they did not come out, I withdrew and when I turned around, I could see that the guy came out to lean out. For minimal education he would have come out to say if there was no service for the moment instead of making him wait.
