En mi experiencia tal vez otras plantas sean muuuuy buenas pero JCI García no, Te denigran como trabajador, te humillan, es frustrante el ver al personal de compañía puedan teneas derechos que el trabajador de planta. As long as you do not get sick or have an accident, nothing happens, that something does not happen to you because that is where the way of the cross begins for the worker. In my experience, other plants may be sooo good but JCI García is not. They denigrate you as a worker, they humiliate you, it is frustrating to see company personnel have rights that the plant worker has. But you know if they will not
