La señora que "atiende" no tiene idea de lo que es atención al cliente, había llamado para pedir informes, me dijeron que si, coticé un material en $1,200, viajé una hora para llegar a su local y checar otras opciones de material. Todavía le dije "está un poquito grosera" y dijo "ah está bien" y se dió la vuelta, pésimo!
Appalling! The lady who "attends" has no idea what customer service is, she had called for reports, they said yes, I quoted a material at $ 1,200, traveled an hour to get to her place and check other material options. I still said "she's a little rude" and said "oh it's fine" and turned around, lousy!
