★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad no tienen paciencia,las que atienden tardan mucho en entregar una tal Jenny te grita y tal parece que no le agrada su trabajó por favor cambien a su personal, no son aptas deberían de trabajar en un penal, ya me imagino como tratan a sus Subordinados, Si es que alguien puede durar trabajando con esas personas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy totalmente impactado por el servicio TAN MALO que acabo recibir por parte de la recepcionista de esta compania.
Llamo y pregunto por sus productos y me dice que no producen eso. Despues, le digo que en la pagina web puedo ver como SI ofrecen estos productos. Ella empieza a elevar la voz y actuar irrespetuosamente, le pregunto si puedo ser transferido a otra persona y simplemente cuelga.
Intento llamar 2 veces mas para poder hablar con otra persona, ella me cuelga al segundo cuando escucha mi voz.
Asi haran negocios y asi tratan a sus clientes.... una lastima
Por lo que puedo ver en otros comentarios, esto le ha pasado a varias personas ya...
I am totally shocked by the SO BAD service that I just received from the receptionist of this company.
I call and ask about their products and they say they don't produce that. Then, I tell you that on the website I can see how they offer these products. She starts raising her voice and acting disrespectfully, I ask if I can be transferred to another person and just hang up.
I try to call 2 more times so I can talk to another person, she hangs up at the second when she hears my voice.
This is how they will do business and that is how they treat their clients ... a shame
From what I can see in other comments, this has happened to several people already ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen lugar para comprar pero muy mal atendido por 2 sras que están mostrador me imagino no tienen necesidad por qué dan un pésimo servicio y además muy lentamente ,si entendieran que hacer nuestro trabajo con ánimo y voluntad te hace la tarea más fácil y que la vida es para ser feliz no amargad@
Good place to buy but very badly attended by 2 ladies who are at the counter, I imagine they have no need because they give a terrible service and also very slowly, if they understood that doing our work with courage and will makes your task easier than life It is to be happy not bitter

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encuentras botellas de plástico a buen precio, hace falta mayor surtido y que tengan más existencias porque suele haber cosas agotadas. Sólo aceptan pago por tarjeta arriba de 100 pesos y facturando. Abren los sábados
You find plastic bottles at a good price, you need more assortment and have more stocks because there are usually things sold out. They only accept payment by card above 100 pesos and billing. Open on saturdays
