Ninguna persona de dirección.
Llame por telefono y la linea mal comunica, se oye debil y no me escuchan a mi y luego se corta. Es casi imposible hacer negocios con esta empresa

No management person.
I called by phone and the line miscommunicates, it sounds weak and they don't listen to me and then it cuts out. It is almost impossible to do business with this company
