★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me comuniqué por Facebook en la pagina general para pedir información y detalles de los productos y su atención fue excelente, amables y muy atentos, el problema fue al ir a la instalación donde ese día tenían inventario desde las 9am a las 2pm (mismo que no dieron aviso por ninguna red social). En cuanto a la atención fue muy mala, tienen dos personas que "atienden" una mujer amable que se encarga de; tomar el pedido, contar, entregar, cobrar y darte el ticket o nota, y un hombre que solo estaba sentado con el celular que contesta con una pésima actitud, es decir que solo tienen una persona trabajando por lo que no se dan a basto con tanta gente, generando una fila muy larga, en mi caso fui la tercera en que atendieran y duré aprox. 2 horas formada y detrás mio quedaron aprox 15 personas. Por último, a pesar que fuí después de inventario, no contaban con dos de tres envases por los que iba.
I contacted Facebook on the general page to request information and details of the products and their attention was excellent, friendly and very attentive, the problem was when going to the facility where they had inventory that day from 9am to 2pm (same as not gave notice by any social network). Regarding the attention it was very bad, they have two people who "attend" a friendly woman who takes care of; take the order, count, deliver, collect and give you the ticket or note, and a man who was just sitting with the cell phone who answers with a terrible attitude, that is, they only have one person working so they are not enough with so many people, generating a very long line, in my case I was the third in which they attended and it lasted approx. 2 hours formed and behind me there were approx 15 people. Finally, even though I went after inventory, they did not have two out of three containers for which it was going.
