★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not many tourists go to Pitillal, where this store is located. We were exploring and happened upon it. What a WONDERFUL area! SO many great stores and restaurants, and not touristy at all. Plateria Julio had really beautiful silver jewelry, and Julio was a very pleasant, knowledgeable, honest guy. We bought several pieces from him and his prices were super-reasonable. Nice to know the money went into the hands of a local guy, running an honest business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Julio's store back in October 2019 and enjoyed my time browsing through his silver jewelry. He had a nice selection and I did buy quite a few items so he gave a better price without asking. We were very happy with the quality and service from Julio. I am planning to be back in November 2021 to visit him again. I hope he has some men's size 12 rings, I like real Mexican Fire Opals/Cabochons too.
