★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect place to spend kitesurf holidays right on the spot. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitly recommend to my family and friends. The Hotel just openned so everything is very clean, big bathrooms and balcon-areas, friendly staff and right next to alphakite (best kitesurf school in yucatan). During wind season you have wind every day and you can kite right in front of your hotel room. Alphakite provides everything you need at the spot aswell as some beautiful kite and sup trips in the area. Progreso small fisher town and you will have a very authentic experience. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is clean but it is very basic, too expensive for what you get, it has no vibe, and worst of all it is very far away from the centre of town! There are no restaurants, shops or other amenities near by. It is in a very quiet residential area that is not nice to walk around. The rooms are very bare and not very nice to look at. Also the beach in this part of town is not nice, there is lots of seaweed and rubbish everywhere. Do not stay here!

It's a 30 minute walk to the city center. But it's a pleasant walk through the beach.
We slept with the windows open listening to the surf. They have AC and a fan, but we didn't need it. And it was December 31st.
The bathroom was the size of a whole room ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hotel ? nice ubication and very clean ? and pool is nice and beach is on the back nice and clean but by aware when you left room they turn ac off and take forever almost onto midnight to get room cool so ,,when you get room service go after and turn ac back on other than is good also another tip is restaurant on left corner call aristos Beach the have menu at lobby you call and the bring food nice and tasty
