★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I have been doing annual trips to various locations in the Yucatán for 20 years, including many trips to all inclusives and condos in Playa del Carmen - and after our visit to Natztiha it immediately rose to the top of our list! The beach is steps away, and so is Fifth Avenue (shopping and restaurant Mecca!). It is smaller than many of the other complexes in the area, meaning the pool is not crowded and it has a cozier, less sterile feel. We love Natztiha and can’t say enough about it. Mike from Playa Breeze lives on-site, which is a really nice thing to have. He knows the area and is extremely helpful. Natztiha gets our ringing endorsement. We will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This vacation rental is gorgeous, massive pool full of tropical trees with tons of birds, great rooftop to watch the ocean and super safe, they have staff and guards 24/7. Ask for Mike or call him! he is the manager there and he will show you the beautiful properties you can rent.

The Playa Breeze staff are terrific, they are available at all times, responsive to concerns and helpful with area information. Our bookings, check-ins and departures have been seamless and stress free.
