9/10 - I look forward to returning. Sunscreen. Lots of sunscreen. Get there early to find a prime towel or chair. The swimming is nice, but consider bringing something to help you float. The water gets deep fast. It does get crowded, but nothing unmanageable. Also, there are limited food vendors, which I appreciate, and you should consider packing snacks. And like all the reviews say, be prepared for stairs. The stairs you take in are the only stays out. Do not try the stairs at the far end of the beach. You will get halfway to the top before you learn they are private property.

There’s nothing wrong with this beach. Yes it’s not big, but it’s beautiful and it’s pleasant to swim there.

Board rentals are a hassle. The vendor acts as if he owns the beach and the waves. Tells me that the waves to the right side are only for locals. Wouldn't even rent me a board. Local food and drinks are available on this beautiful beach but you'll find that there are way too many people. The beach was packed to the point of being uncomfortable.

Love this beach, the view is so beautiful. Great to bring the family and relax. The waves are perfect if you want to learn to surf

Must go!!!! This has to be one of the most beautiful, romantic, peaceful, relaxing beaches I’ve ever been to in my life. You feel like you are in your own private cove! The water is absolutely perfect. The waves are perfect for floating and surfing! The Cabana’s to rent all day long are around $18 US. They have food and drinks that are absolutely amazing. Highly recommend staying anywhere near this beach! We also saw a huge sea turtle in the water that we were able to pet. It was an unreal experience!

An amazing tropical beach. Nice sand and surf. Waves got bigger towards the end of the day. You can rent the beach chairs for 150 pesos each, sit at a table if you agree to spend 300 pesos, or sit in the sand with your own picnic/drinks.

Seriously great beach. Some big surf but safe, doesn't look given to rips, though the undertow can be strong. Great surf beach. Well serviced too. Only drawback would be its a lot of steps down so if you had mobility issues then you would have to give it a miss I think.

Smooth waves, warm water and lovely sunset. The best time to visit is of course, early morning or close to the sunset hour. There are some restaurants nearby and you can always get a beach umbrella for a decent price or just buying some drinks. As you probably know hurricane season in Mexico could start from May until September and sometimes October. So it is better to plan your trip from November to April, then it's not too hot or rainy. I recommend this beach because you can really enjoy the warm and clean water plus the waves are very smooth so you can swim peacefully.
