It was an amazing tour. The temples we're amazing and we visited every destination as planned. However, we spent way too much time at lunch and only had about 10 minutes to swim in the cenote. Also we didn't get back to our hotel until 10pm, the whole tour taking several hours longer than planned.

We had a great time at Chichen Itza! Our driver, George, was super attentive and helpful. The timing worked out perfectly- we were able to get to Chichen Itza early before the crowds and the heat and get back to our hotel by 2:30 pm. We would definitely book with this tour company again!

Signed up for Chichen Itza and cenote tour. Was picked up at 7 am. Only 2.5 hours away from destination, however, started tour at 2 pm. Then, 15 minutes in Cenote. The rest of the time spent being sold knick knacks in tourist traps. Definitely don't recommend. Next time rent a car and drive there yourself. Highways are in excellent shape and driving is very easy.

Disappointing! We booked the "TULUM TOUR WITH COBA RUINS" only to find out when we were waiting for our van that the Coba portion of our trip was changed because Coba was closed for renovations and we were going to "Muyil" instead. Muyil is a very small complex of about 4 structures that took a total of 20 minutes to view. Coba on the other hand takes about 2 hours to view! After leaving Muyil we drove an hour just to have lunch at a restaurant about two blocks from the Coba entrance. Our driver was reckless and drove at excessive speeds, passing other vehicles and oncoming traffic had to move onto the shoulder of the road! Not once during the entire day did he wear his mask! My wife and I have been coming to Playa del Carmen for about 15 years now and have been using "Playa del Carmen Tours" for our excursions for most of our Tours but they have become problematic with inaccurate descriptions or last minute changes. Last year we were left standing at our hotel lobby for over a hour waiting for our airport transfer only to find out they changed our pickup time and they never informed us! For that reason we used "Thomas More Travel" this year for our airport transfers!

It was a little frustrating not having anyone tell us Coba was closed until we arrived that morning for the tour. Also a bit frustrating it took so long to get other guests that were not at the meeting points when they should have been, so it delayed our arrival at the first stop. The tour guide was great, and we enjoyed the ruins. We really enjoyed swimming in the cenote, and we were told we would have about 50 minutes to swim. However, because my wife and I were the only ones out of 6 that decided to swim, they cut our swim time down to about 20-25 minutes. Overall I would say it was a positive experience, but there were some challenges along the way for sure. Be aware part of the tour is to take you to shopping marketings for extended periods of time, which I found annoying.

This experience was AMAZING. I definitely plan to return. The shuttle was prompt and so convenient, the staff were friendly and fun throughout the entire excursion, and the “snacks” received at the end was my favorite food I had my entire trip in Mexico. It was so good! Louis was reassuring for our nervous guests and very knowledgeable and passionate. I originally booked two ATV’s but last minute decided to ride with my boyfriend and I’m glad I did! It got intense! Everyone needs to add this to their list of things to do in Mexico!!

I was/am beyond thrilled with my experience with this company. When setting up my reservation, everyone made sure I got the right type of reservation. My group and I planned a day trip from Playa del Carmen to Tulum. It was very easy booking with them and they had everything I wanted such as having a private driver for 12 hours. The driver was amazing! He met us on time at the hotel and he knew exactly where to go, he even guided us to the areas that were more remote than others such as the Tulum Ruins and the cenotes. He was easy to talk to and I was impressed that he came with an itinerary based on the time we had with him. He always parked nearby and kept us updated. Very flexible! I am so glad I used this company because not only was it a good price for 12 hours but my group and I felt very safe. I would definitely use this company again and I recommend it for anyone who wants to take a day trip anywhere. Thank you for making my 30th birthday very special. Not kidding people, use this company!

I planned this excursion sort of last minute for my boyfriend and I while we were already in Mexico. We selected the Dune Buggie and Private Cenote tour. I even had a few planning questions prior to the day of, which I emailed them about, and they got back to me within an hour or so (great customer service/communication)! We stayed at an all-inclusive resort in Playa Del Carmen and there was a shuttle that picked us up directly outside the hotel which was sooo convenient. Not having to arrange separate transportation made the excursion that much more enjoyable. We had 2 tour guides that were both so funny, friendly and helpful! We rode the buggies through the jungle for some time and arrived at a village off-the-grid. We knew we were going to be exploring a village and cenote, but had no idea what we were truly in store for. We got a true taste of the Mexican culture and how the people within the village live their lives. We had the opportunity to help some families with groceries and meet some of the kiddos which was a very special experience. After all of this and being provided an amazing authentic lunch, we rode the buggies out of the village and to a private cenote which we had completely to ourselves (along with the rest of the people on the tour of course). This dip was exactly what we needed, not to mention it's beaty. We are so grateful to have had this experience.
