Amazing drivers and very good communicators

Thank you for the the private transportation services to take our group from Playa del Carmen to Tulum. The driver was professional with a great customer service and very accomidating to our group.

The experience with this transportation company for the duration of our stay - total of 5 days was FIRST CLASS!!! We just finished a ten day trip, and I have to say that Jorge Reyes was absolutely wonderful coordinating all of our transfers. We received his name from a different driver who we were referred to by our friends, but was unable to assist us. What a fantastic referral!! A few days before our trip, I sent Jorge our itinerary: Cancun airport to Isla Mujeres Ferry, then that ferry to the Cozumel ferry, then the Cozumel Ferry in Playa del Carmen to our hotel in Tulum, and finally, Tulum back to the airport. At each destination, our friendly drivers were waiting for us with signs. Jorge was communicative the entire trip, especially before and during our transfers. He gave us detailed info, sent a photo of the driver, or described their vehicle. Not once did we have to wait for a driver. Before our trip started, Jorge gave us a breakdown of what each separate transfer would cost. This was very helpful, as we paid the drivers when we reached our destinations. His prices were very competitive as well. Every other company quoted me higher rates. I will recommend Jorge to all of my friends who travel to the Cancun area. My husband and I did not have to worry about anything. Thank you Jorge!

THIS WAS THE BEST TRANSPORTATION SERVICES I EVER USED!!!! I was already skeptical and nervous of who to use being that I was in a different country. They were the best decision. You request transportation and the time that you want and within minutes they send you a confirmation and a driver. There is always an answer when you call the phone and the driver politely asks if you have WhatsApp for an easier way of communicating. We were given Francisco and he was always on time and waited on us when we were running late on time. He drove safely and efficiently to get us to our destination on time. We continued to request him over and over again.
