Iniciamos nuestras operaciones en Julio del 2003, y desde entonces nos fijamos el objetivo de ofrecer el mejor servicio y calidad para ganar la confianza y preferencia de nuestros huéspedes.
Nuestra misión es contribuir al fortalecimiento de la actividad turística en la ciudad y Puerto de Coatzacoalcos mediante la prestación eficiente de servicio de hotelería, para que los huéspedes que lo visiten regresen complacidos por el servicio prestado.
Nuestra visión es permanecer en el mercado turístico de la región sur- sureste de México participando en la difusión de los activos turísticos que posee Coatzacoalcos con el propósito de ubicar al Hotel & Suites Playa Inn como de los mejores en el ramo de la industria hotelera.

Very good. It has a pool It is clean and very friendly. Personally I liked it and it is one step away from the sea, apart it is not expensive if you go with the family it is a great option .. greetings

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anteriormente era un hotel muy agradable, fui a principios de año, los colchones horribles, toallas viejas, alberca regular, mobiliario sucio, en fin solo pasé una noche me fui a otro hotel mejor ypor el mismo precio frente a plaza forum
Previously it was a very nice hotel, I went at the beginning of the year, horrible mattresses, old towels, regular pool, dirty furniture, in short I only spent one night I went to another better hotel and for the same price in front of plaza forum

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonito lugar para pasar la noche en familia. En mi caso pedimos una suite. Nos quedó muy cómodo. Con Refri y horno. Tiene una muy bonita piscina pero fuimos en tiempo de frío. Recomendado. Agradable para pasar el día.
Nice place to spend the night with family. In my case we asked for a suite. It was very comfortable for us. With fridge and oven. It has a very nice pool but we went in cold weather. Recommended. Nice to spend the day.
