Playa Marina Hotel - 82013 Mazatlán

It was awesome, everything its really close, the beach was nice, also the location i really liked it, the rooms are nice, spacious and cozy its awesome

Excellent service, staff very friendly and our check in was fast and they help us with averything! If I can do more stars I will definitivaly I will come back and will recomend with friends and family

If there was a negative button thats what i would rate them. The service was horrible. There sign says check in time 3pm came to check in until 4pm the room that was first given to me wasnt even cleaned. The second room that was given to me was basically thrown to us. There was four occupants with only two towles and they didnt have any more towel. HORRIBLE SERVICE will never go to Hotel Playa AGAIN

We got our hotel at last minute and it was a great experience.. The view is fantastic and it is really close to everything that you need on mazatlan. On my next vacation I will be back ? to Hotel playa Marina.

My experience was terrible. They never cleaned the room, the toilet wouldn't flush and the door looks wouldn't work they left us trapped in the room 3 times and every time they would try to fix it it resulted worse. The third day after having a huge argue with the receptionist they moved us to another room that looked better at the beginning but once we took a shower it was full of sand and the whole room was flooded. They took about one hour to fix and after that they never came back to clean the mess. The pool had not even tiles and my daughter cut her foot and they didn't provide any help, they made us walk her up the stairs till the fourth floor. The day we were leaving our car had several scratches and a logo was missing they never showed us the camaras and said they couldn't help us solve any of the problems we had it was very frustrating that instead of a good relaxing experience we had only chaos and frustration at our hotel. I will never stay there again. I highly do not recommend this hotel cause they won't solve any problem you could have. The administration is very rude about issues.

The service was great just at night the service was horrible (we were arriving) they said lower your voice we did we respected everything!!! after that is when service at night stared to give us problems when we followed their instructions, it was horrible horrible the way this man confronted the situation so we had to just enter the room so he would leave us alone.
