This is a beautiful house with an outstanding sea view. We stayed there for 2 weeks over New Year in the top apartment on the 5th floor (6 piso) with two couples. The apartment has air conditioning though we preferred to open the windows to enjoy the smell and the sound of sea. Everything in the apartment is new, fresh and clean and the host is caring well for its maintenance. A king size bed in the master bedroom an two beds (which can be pushed together) in the second dormitory are very comfortable. So is the furniture in the living room which has an open kitchen - good for communication. The sea is only 50m from the front door and the water was clean and cosy. Shops and a number of restaurants are around the corner. For more variety, Progresso is around the corner. We used the time as well to visit Merida - a very interesting city - but hot. And of course historic places and the cenopes - cavities underground with pool and the clearest blue water you can imagine. We will return to Playa Oasis to enjoy this scenery and this apartment.
