veterinary service in general is very good. but unfortunatly they have no idea about grooming at all. like this they did it for my Shih tzu.looks like a very bad joke:((((super disappointed

This is a wonderful place. Kind and great care for a street cat that we brought there when he looked sick. Dr. Zaire was excellent with him. He kept him till he was better and then we paid to have him neutered. A very compassionate place to take your pets.

Great experience. We have a new farm kitten and she has problems with parasites. The vet explained everything to us in English and Spanish and we will be returning for follow-up visits to assure that she is completely healthy. He has high quality pet food on hand and will be giving her vaccinations as well. One thing to note is that the directions in Google Maps were poor. They had us enter the Puerto Aventuras residential compound but this wrong. The office is in a little plaza on the service road next to (and below) the main highway 307 in Puerto Aventuras. It is just a short distance north of the rotunda, on the right side of the service road. There is a yellow concrete shelter/combi stop on the right side of the street just north of the rotunda. Turn on your signal light and turn into the next parking area on the right. If you get to LA Gas, you've gone too far. Park at Go-Mart and walk back south a bit. A large tree on the side of the street partially obscures their sign, and this tree is also where the parking is for this little plaza.

You can tell they love their pets as soon as you walk in. Amazing vibe and the staff are so friendly. Highly recommended.

Always do research and get second opinions on important medicine. My poor dog was given wrong medication combination (confirmed by 3 other vets opinions) and made her limbs go and heart stop. She passed away way too early since being a vital and energetic dog, days before starting these meds. The vet just gave up on her and didn’t even care to follow up and attributed it to her age. While others did there best to try and save her once they realized the meds were wrong. So sad and still broken from the experience and loss. Always do research and get second and third opinions before starting meds. Especially heart meds.

Took a feral cat there to be neutered. He was a good, caring and professional vet. His English was also very good. Would highly recommend.
