Terrible service. Very late. I ordered x rappi, more than 1 hotayaun does not arrive. Marco and they do not answer, the deliveryman says that they tstdstan 30 min more ..... that they have not yet entered the oven. Mo I ask again !!!!!

Terrible service, I dialed from 6:00 pm to make an order and I told them that I would come to pick it up at 7:30, I arrived for the order and the guy kept filling his sauces and until later he told me that he was hardly going to do them, Second time they do that to me at that branch, I never go back!

If what you are complaining about is the delivery time, today 01/30/21 they delivered me in 40 minutes, besides being very very delicious they were punctual !!

Their pizzas are good but their service is sooooo slow that they can easily go a couple of hours without your order being ready! I see many comments like this and without a doubt they are right, some other option is preferable

Before I liked them a lot, but every time I notice that they put less ingredients in it. ?I have ordered one that is supposed to have smoked oysters and has some mini pieces that you can't even taste. Or the ones with cream cheese, they put like 5 pieces on them?

The first time I tried the pizzas, I asked for Didi. The experience was great. Unfortunately, the second, we prefer to go through the pizzas to the Jardínes del Valle (real area) and the experience was not the same, rather it was bad. After many attempts to communicate by phone and the line always marked busy ... We preferred to go to the local because we thought it would be faster, but we were wrong. We made the order with Humberto and he told us that they would call us when they were ready to pick up our order, which would be a matter of 30 minutes. 1.5 hours passed and we had to return to the premises because they did not call us or answer the phone. Upon arrival the person had not even processed the order and it took 40 minutes to deliver the order to us. They have in the box announced that they accept a card and the terminal is in sight, however when you pay they tell you that they do not accept because it has not worked for a while. Why do not they fix or remove the signs that they accept a card? When I got home with the pizzas, these were not cut into slices, they needed ingredients (a black olive and another Serrano ham) and one of them had the raw dough in the center. We called the local to make the complaint, and they only said that they did not put those ingredients because they did not have ... Why do not they notify? Terrible service. If you want to order, because the pizzas are good (according to our 1st experience) do it for Didi. They will give them preference and better attention.

After an hour without knowing about them, I spoke to the branch, he arrived at their offices where they route their orders: my order reached their computer, but not their tablet application. At the end of the day, if they already have the order confirmed on their computer, why can't they send the confirmation to the restaurant and without affecting the customer, then check them with No apron? Also No Apron null service, unfriendly application. The pizza was paid in full from the start.

Delicious If you want tasty pizzas just take two things. 1- time, since being artisanal pizzas have a delay of between 15 to 25 minutes. 2- order your pizza in "Playa Petra"
