★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un edificio de varios departamentos con vista al mar. Espectacular la vista, por cierto. Amplio, muy ventilado, una alberca pequeña, pero suficiente y un estacionamiento pequeño, pero si alguien estaciona mal, ya fastidió a todos.
