★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar está cerca de la playa y justo en la quinta avenida, lo malo es que no tiene agua caliente suficiente, huele a húmedad, el baño está afuera de la habitación y es incómodo estar saliendo y entrando, para una parejano es nada cómodo
The place is near the beach and right on the fifth avenue, the bad thing is that it does not have enough hot water, it smells damp, the bathroom is outside the room and it is uncomfortable to be coming and going, for a couple it is not at all comfortable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Direttamente sulla Quinta Avenida, comodo molto pulito e tranquillo.Ben arredato e i gestori due ragazzi Italiani molto gentili pronti in ogni momento a darti indicazioni su Tour e visite guidate. Lo consiglio a coppie e famiglie anche per la vicinanza al mare 100 metri!
Directly on Quinta Avenida, comfortable, very clean and quiet, well furnished and the managers two very kind Italian guys ready at any time to give you information on tours and guided visits. I recommend it to couples and families also for the proximity to the sea 100 meters!

Ideal to stay on the 5th without excessive payment and not be among all the hustle and bustle. It is advertised as a hotel but it is actually an apartment in a building. The room very clean. Quick access to the beach. It is not B & B more than in high season
