★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible, llegué con un grupo que se supone ya teníamos reservación, no atendieron hasta las 16:30 horas, para decirme que no había habitaciones y que regresará en una hora para ver su ya las tenían, pude ver en ese tiempo que estuve que las personas que llegaban y pagaban por habitaciones se las entregaron de inmediato, no entendí porque, si nosotros ya teníamos reservación, no contábamos con la habitación reservada.
 Terrible, arrived with a group that is supposed already had reservations, they did not attend until 16:30 pm to tell me that there was no room and come back in an hour to see her and had, I could see at that time I was the people came and paid for the rooms were delivered promptly, I did not understand because if we already had reservations, we had no room reserved.

Bad service do not throw your money better reserve in another I put in duga hygiene in rooms as well as bed and bathrooms apart from old it smells bad, it is ugly, nothing recommended, it needs more service and expensive

Pero el personal del hotel está muy mal capacitado y tiene un trato a los huéspedes pésimo.
Desde la resepcion el trato es muy indiferente y en el estacionamiento te tratan muy mal y les cuesta hacer algo por el huésped

Pésimo lugar, al llegar y hacer check in se tardan mas de 45 minutos no saben no tienen seriedad ni organización.
Las habiraciones están agradables y con una excelente vista. el aseo de las mismas es bueno pero ilógico al dejarte 2 toallas para 4 personitas por habitación.PERO LO MAS IMOORTANTE ES QUD NO TE CAMBIAN LAS TOALAS NI LAS SABANAS DIARIO YA QUE ELLOS COMENTAN QUE ASI AYUDAN AL MEDIO AMBIENTE OSEA QUE LA HIGIE NO LES IMPORTA
Él servicio es horrible sus caras, su modos de contestar en el restaurante te atienden bien los meseros si les das propina si no ni te pelan.
En cuanto comida esta rica y VIVIAN la chica de la barra de omelet se merece mas que mil aplausos siempre sonriendo y alegre haciendo su trabajo.

Terrible place, when they arrive and check in they take more than 45 minutes they do not know they have no seriousness or organization.
The rooms are nice and with an excellent view. the cleaning of them is good but illogical to leave you 2 towels for 4 little people per room BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT IS THAT THEY DO NOT CHANGE YOUR TOWELS OR SHEETS DAILY SINCE THEY COMMENT THAT THEY HELP THE ENVIRONMENT I HER THE HYGIENE DO NOT LEAVE THEM MATTER
The service is horrible, their faces, their way of answering in the restaurant, the waiters serve you well if you tip them if you don't, they don't even peel you.
As far as food is delicious and LIVING, the girl at the omelet bar deserves more than a thousand applause always smiling and happy doing her job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención deja mucho que desear, el aire acondicionado no servia y cuando lo reporté a la recepción porque el clima era de 31º dentro de la habitación me dijeron que en unos momentos llegarían, fue hasta las 3 de la mañana y después de conseguir el teléfono de mantenimiento, que me hicieron caso. Cuando quise ampliar mi reservación para todo incluido me dijeron que era imposible porque estaban llenos. Es el único hotel que he visitado que no hay jabón, shampoo y las toallas que dejamos en el suelo para su cambio, las volvieron a poner todas mojadas. Que decepción me llevé con tan mala estadía
The service leaves much to be desired, the air conditioning was not useful and when I reported it to the reception because the weather was 31º inside the room they told me that in a few moments they would arrive, it was until 3 in the morning and after getting the phone of maintenance, they ignored me. When I wanted to expand my all-inclusive reservation they told me it was impossible because they were full. It is the only hotel I have visited that there is no soap, shampoo and the towels that we left on the floor for their change, they were all put back wet. Yo recibe por booking y no me respetaron la habitación que había elegido.
No cuenta con frigobar ni un buen sistema de aire acondicionado ni mucho menos una simple plancha.
El elevador es demasiado lento.
Las instalaciones tienen apariencia de los ochentas y no está nada modernizado.
El wi-fi pésimo
Es hotel solamente tienen la fama porque se encuentra frente a la playa de ahí en fuera no se dejen engañar.
Su servicio de botones deja tu equipaje al rayo del Sol y si traes una hielera no se ponen a pensar en eso.
No puedes tomar tus bebidas dentro de sus instalaciones porque te cobran un cargo extra.
Y si requieres factura haste a la idea que vas a esperar mínimo 3 días en recibirla y eso si te dedicas a marcarles.
El check in es sumamente tardado y parece que a los recepcionistas no les interesa el tenerte parado por minutos.
En general malo y les comparto esto porque me molesta que jueguen con el tiempo y la confianza de los clientes y te lleves una sorpresa al llegar a sus instalaciones.

The lousy wi-fi
This hotel is only famous because it is in front of the beach, from there, don't be fooled.
Its bell service leaves your luggage to the Sun's ray and if you bring an ice chest, don't think about it.
You cannot drink your drinks inside their facilities because they charge you an extra charge.
And if you require an invoice, get to the idea that you will wait at least 3 days to receive it and that if you dedicate yourself to mark them.
Check in is extremely late and it seems that receptionists are not interested in having you stand for minutes.
In general bad and I share this because it bothers me that they play with the time and trust of customers and take a surprise when they arrive at their facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen hotel, en general buena ubicación, esta en frente de la playa. El hotel luce un poco viejo, sin embargo lo están pintando. El entretenimiento que ofrece el hotel es bueno, y la alberca esta agradable. Los cuartos están amplios y muy bien amueblado sin embargo, el baño esta un poco descuidado. La regadera esta oxidada. En general lo recomiendo. Aunque si vuelvo a venir podría elegir alguna otra opción.
Good hotel, in general good location, is in front of the beach. The hotel looks a bit old, however they are painting it. The entertainment offered by the hotel is good, and the pool is nice. The rooms are spacious and very well furnished however, the bathroom is a little neglected. The shower is rusted. In general I recommend it. Although if I come again I could choose some other option.
