Yo tengo un plan ilimitado que me brida servicio a través de TELCEL, Cómo empresa asociada a MetroPCS by T-Mobile. Esta empresa de México, no me ha brindado el servicio de data e internet apropiadamente, ya que a las 48 de estar en Cancún TELCEL lo suspendió. Y no existe forma para comunicarme con ellos. Obviamente lo voy a reportar. Y espero me devuelvan mi dinero por no prestar el servicio. One star is a lot. There should be a 0 star option. I have an unlimited plan that provides me service through TELCEL, as a company associated with MetroPCS by T-Mobile. This company from Mexico has not provided me with the data and internet service properly, since 48 hours after being in Cancun, TELCEL suspended it. And there is no way to communicate with them. Obviously I'm going to report it. And I hope they return my money for not providing the service.

They offered to fix it overnight at a comparable price to other shops but since it was so expensive they were willing to get us a new unlocked phone that could work in Mexico and the u.s for the same price of like $310 dollars or 6000 pesos. With our sim card from the states. But we ended up not getting anything done since our friends from the states we're able to bring us a new phone from black Friday sales. If I had to do business it would be with these guys. Honest and friendly.
