*** Credit Card Scam *** We did a purchase on 24/01/2020 AM with a credit card in their store. They asked us if we wanted to pay in USD or Pesos. We used pesos to avoid double conversion fees to Canadian $$. Then the lady swiped the card but strangely removed it before the end of the transaction and told us to pass the card again because the transaction didn't go through. I was very suspicious and looked at the paper slip that came out of their machine. It didn't said canceled or refused. It just said the card was removed. I was wondering if it was a scam or not. I swiped the card a second time + my PIN again and now the transaction completed. I noticed the payment was charged 2 times few hours later on my credit card website. I've waited few days for the payment to clear and both transactions went trough as I feared. BEWARE WHEN USING CREDIT CARD in this store. Don't let them swipe the card 2 times. They probably do this with many tourists and they will only notice when back home when it's too late.

You will find almost EVERYTHING you need here for your gifts back home. Prices are same as other stores in the area, so no need to look for cheaper options nearby be confident to buy here, you will not find anything cheaper. The staff is highly knowledgeable and nice. They deserve your trust.

Very nice souvenir shop, take your time and you can find absolutely anything there

Employees hound you to buy drugs/take tequila shots constantly. Made the whole 5th avenue experience terrible. We were just trying to find some little things for our kids but we were too busy saying no to all the cocaine.

Visited this place 3 years ago on my trip to Mexico. The store had a nice interior but the staff were not helpful. When we were about to buy something the guy helping us just disappeared. I know that the reviews on this place are good but I had a bad experience.

Best spot for souvenir, they have everything , if you compare the prices to Canada or USA it’s obviously expensive, but overall it’s fairly priced, love buying shirts from there! Kids love the little toys they have, some kid things are way over priced but that’s a given. If you spend over certain amounts you get free gifts or a free tote bag. Oh and the air conditioning is lit on those fire days lol.

It's what you'd expect from a souvenir shop on the main tourist strip. Fairly overpriced and similar product to all the other shops, although it is on the larger side so it doesn't feel as cluttered as some of the other shops on 5th.
