Careful with your information. One of the staff members used my phone number to harass me. I received very unpleasant messages and its very unacceptable!!!! Poor professionalism and the owners have ZERO accountability!!! I don’t know what else to do! The owner of this company (Carmen Ortiz). She is the biggest misogynistic person I have ever met in my life! Her son harrasses me all the time and I have let Carmen know and Carlos Ortiz and they do nothing! They in fact, help their son! I am making this public because I have made many police reports for the past two years. Update: Even after changing my phone number, Carlos Ortiz still manages to try to get in touch with me! He tagged our daughters bag pack so that all of daycare can see and of course myself. I posted the pics of the bag pack

Beautiful establishment! Close to the beach, comfortable, and great for families. The owners did an outstanding job.

Really enjoyed my stay at playas. It's close to the beach and the staff was amazing. Very Clean establishment. Had a great time with my family.

It was such a nice place to stay with my family... rooms are super clean, very close to the beach. I like thar the 2 bedrooms have the privacy of being separated. I'll definitely be back again.my family enjoyed it very much

This has been the best stay in puerto. I have visited multiple times and will not stay anywhere else. The owner supported locals who made the decor for an authentic touch in the rooms. It is a quick walk to the beach and there is always someone on the property if anything is needed. The location is in a perfect area with downtown a short drive away and restaurants within walking distance. The owners are great people and definitely made me feel very welcomed at this location. Edit: hello Sophia. I am not sure whose mother you think I am as I am barely old enough to attend college. Quite interesting. Furthermore, if I were a mother, I would never depend on a daughter or another family to support myself. I know some people don’t see an issue with that, but I hold myself up to higher standards! Oh btw, a review must also be about the establishment and not personal vendettas!

One of the nicer establishments on the area for a fantastic price. I was greeted by the owners during my stay and they are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met; they are friendly, attentive, and kind-hearted people. It’s rare to see owners continuously checking on their establishments, but it’s great to see their level of determination in making sure everything is going right. Quick access to the beach and great interior designs, I’d give more stars if I could. Highly recommend.
