No me gusta que para cada sucursal debas tener una tarjeta diferente y que si ya obtuviste un "nivel de cliente" te lo bajen por no ir. Y sí tienes puntos no los puedas canjear hasta que vuelvas a obtener el nivel requerido. A mí me bajaron el nivel por no ir durante más de un año, y no tomaron en cuenta que ese tiempo fue de Pandemia.
