Que pena que un negocio con tantas sucursales en el país, tenga en Hermosillo personal con cero capacitación en atención al cliente. Por mi parte, no pretendo volver ahí ?????? Siento que interrumpí algo cuando llegué y me atendieron de mala gana. Ya no me vuelvo a parar ahí. Very good product but very bad customer service. If you don't like your job, find another. Es decir me habían dado un precio y al final al intentar pagar con mi tarjeta me quisieron cobrar una comisión extra... Pero pues exactamente como la señorita me dijo no es su problema ha que ella era solo una empleada, seguro son ordenes de la gerencia.. Pésimo.
