El personal es muy atento desde la entrada te brindan buena atención, el lugar es al aire libre lo que permite ventilación natural, los equipos como casco y arnés son sanitizados al término de su uso. El personal explica a los usuarios el funcionamiento de cada escenario haciendo de este un lugar seguro. The staff is very attentive from the entrance they give you good attention, the place is outdoors which allows natural ventilation, the equipment such as helmet and harness are sanitized at the end of their use. El circuito de cuerdas: son rieles interconectados por columnas por los cuales las personas pasan en vigas, aros, cuerdas, siempre atados con gancho y arnés. 3. Muros divertidos: tipo rappel, son aprox 6 muros diferentes para escalar. El pase es individual y cuesta: 1 hora $199.°° MXN 2 horas $299.°° MXN Day pass $399.°° MXN Hora extra $75.°° MXN También cuentan con juegos mecánicos para niños pequeños y con una tirolesa, pero estos tienen un costo aparte. Hay zonas de descanso con mesas y sillas para que los acompañantes que no jueguen puedan pasar el rato, y tomar o comer algo si lo desean, ya que cuentan con venta de snacks.
