Además está rodeado de la fototeca, el cuartel del arte, la exposición permanente de los toltecas, la iglesia de San Francisco y otros 2 parques.
It is a lovely place, sometimes quiet even if it is busy, it is a small square in front of the former convent of San Francisco and now the current center of the arts of Hidalgo. A sus alrededores de encuentra la Iglesia de San Francisco, el Cuartel del Arte, el Museo de Fotografía, el Centro de las Artes, el Parque Hidalgo y caminando un poco más está el centro de Pachuca y Reloj Monumental.
En genersl esta plaza, Bartolomé de Medina, es un lugar muy céntrico, bonito y tranquilo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hermoso lugar, lleno de historia. Ahí se encuentra el cuartel del Arte y la Fototeca. Muy romántico parquecito y la iglesia de San Francisco, además cerca hay diversos cafetines y restaurantes agradables, también estacionamientos.
