★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una lástima que el proyecto no esté terminado, pudo ser el monumento insignia de Tlaxcala. Por lo demás la explanada es bonita y se usa para eventos al aire libre, pero es un poco inseguro por los problemas que trae una obre negra.
A pity that the project is not finished, it could be the flagship monument of Tlaxcala. Otherwise, the esplanade is beautiful and used for outdoor events, but it is a bit insecure due to the problems that a black worker brings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una obra destinada para conmemorar el bicentenario de la independencia de Mexico, la obra fue muy ambiciosa desde un primer momento, quisieron construr una plaza moderna, en el centro de Tlaxcala, lamentablemente destruyeron para ello una de las primarias emblematicas del estado
La escuela primaria Lardizabal, que aunque fue reubicada, congestiona el paso por las mananas en su nueva hubicacion. El proyecto de la plaza fue abandonado hace mas de tres anos, y esta muy mal cuidada.

The Lardizabal Elementary School, which although relocated, congests the passage in the mornings at its new location. The plaza project was abandoned more than three years ago, and is very poorly maintained.
