★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me he visto en la necesidad de ir a la Sucursal de Banco Santander. Es lo más horrible en servicios bancarios. Más de 2 horas de espera para un simple estado de cuenta. Venta obligada de Seguro. No es posible tanta violación a los derechos del cliente.
I have seen the need to go to the Banco Santander branch. It is the most horrible thing in banking services. More than 2 hours of waiting for a simple account statement. Obligatory sale of insurance. So much violation of the client's rights is not possible.
