★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plaza pequeña pero bien ubicada. Tiene estacionamiento aunque no es muy grande. Normalmente encuentras lugar. Los negocios que mas destacan son una peluquería, el lugar de hamburguesas creo que es Burguer Factory y la cafetería. Esos lugares merecen una reseña individual.
 Small square but well located. It has parking although it is not very large. You usually find place. The businesses that stand out the most are a hairdresser, the burger place I think is Burguer Factory and the cafeteria. Those places deserve an individual review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los alimentos eran buenos, ahora es malo y eso incluye el servicio, además de que el personal le falta de respeto a los comensales y a las personas que por ahí transitan, pues son lividinosos y morosos. Presten atención a esa observación y la gente se sentirá menos incomoda y llegará al negocio.
The food was good, now it is bad and that includes the service, in addition to the fact that the staff disrespects the diners and the people who pass by, because they are lividinous and delinquent. Pay attention to that observation and people will feel less uncomfortable and come to business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo hemos ido en un par de veces por que nos hemos reunido con unas personas por un cafe y en otra ocasión para buscar unos platillos de uno de los negocios ubicados en esa plaza. En lo particular no he regresado a nada mas y considero en hora pico y fines de semana el problema es la capacidad de estacionamiento ll que dificulta puesto que en la avenida donde esta ubicada no esta permitido estacionarse.
We have only been in a couple of times because we have met with some people for a coffee and on another occasion to look for some dishes of one of the businesses located in that square. In particular, I have not returned to anything else and I consider at peak time and on weekends the problem is the parking capacity that makes it difficult since parking is not allowed on the avenue where it is located.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo único que no me agrado, es que el restaurante que está a la entrada (de mariscos) obstaculiza la vista a la salida, y podría provocar un accidente vehicular al incorporarte a prolongación de Usumacinta
The only thing I don't like is that the restaurant that is at the entrance (of seafood) obstructs the view at the exit, and could cause a vehicle accident when joining the Usumacinta extension
