★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El kiosko con su renovación en el año 2017 quedó muy bien, tanto el kiosko como la plaza cívica están más amplios, lástima que las áreas verdes se redujeron y quitaron árboles que muy buena sombra dan,beso sin contar la increíble ayuda que proporcionan al medio ambiente, no estaría nada mal que volvieran a plantar árboles que dieron buena sombra. El diseño de la pirámide o está bien para mirador, lástima que los escalones por la parte frontal están muy altos.
En lo que es plaza cívica que también a la vez es una fuente de 'aguas saltarinas' aunque es sencilla está bien para los niños y familias que se quieran ir a divertir o a simplemente pasar el rato.
El kiosko con la renovación quedó de dos pisos, en la parte baja disponible para restaurante y la parte alta puede ser como mirador, además de que en el techo de este mismo piso cuenta con un códice donde cuenta la historia de Tlaxcala y sus señoríos (cabe mencionar que Ocotelulco es en señorito)
En general, la plaza cívica con todo esto activo es muy buena recomendación para pasar el rato en familia.
Desde ese sitio se tiene otra visión, otra perspectiva de Tlaxcala, fuera de lo común.
