The worst, long lines, only two people attend the boxes. The executives don't help at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí al HSBC del área, y se me prohibio uso de todo dispositivo electrónico dentro de la sucursal inluso la kinddle (es política pero se me hace raro) el servicio fue rápido pero no tuve resolución a mi inconveniente, por qué todo se maneja en atención a cliente vía Telefónica. La entrada al establecimiento es pequeña y está en una zona muy transitada, en lo particular prefiero la sucursal de 4 caminos o paseo del tec donde las instalaciones están muy amplias
I went to the HSBC in the area, and I was prohibited from using any electronic device within the branch, including the Kindle (it is political but it seems strange to me) the service was fast but I did not have a resolution to my problem, because everything is handled in care to customer via telephone. The entrance to the establishment is small and it is in a very busy area, in particular I prefer the branch of 4 Caminos or Paseo del Tec where the facilities are very spacious
