★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to visit, small, quiet, good for relaxing, it's pretty clean you can go for a walk, sit on the benches an admire people passing by or the freshness of the place while eating ice cream, it's just great.
Excelente Zocalo, muy bonito, muy limpio, tranquilo para relajarte o leer un libro en una banca a la sombra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a beautiful square full of good vibe and family atmosphere. Music coming from some bars nearby is extremely high I hope someone can regulate that. Awesome for a walk and catch the central Mexico colonial spirit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place! ideal provincial Mexico, however I beg the local authorities to place more rubish bins and look after the aspect of cleaning the streets and remove the invasive street comerce that makes no favours to the historic quarter of good old Cuernavaca

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited on a Sunday afternoon, and I have to say that IT'S NOT a spot for tourists. The place was crowded, noisy and not visually attractive, we were looking for souvenirs and there were none to be found. There were plenty of street sellers but mainly offering products for locals, balloons, popsicles, chips and the like. Granted, there are some giant letters that spell CUERNAVACA that could be a good place for a picture, but, there was so many people and the front of these was closed with a white fence... So, no picture either.

If you're a corn lover, you'll be happy here, due to this place has a plenty of street sellers, who prepare esquites (corn served with different mexican toppings).
Eventhough Cuernavaca is a capital city, it has the essence of a small town.
Come with your family, Cuernavaca is ideal for a weekend trip.
