★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice area to go walk and take pictures. This is center of the small town of General Teran, Nuevo Leon. (About 2 hours away from the texas border). You will not find alot of people around this area during the year because 80% of everyone work in texas. BUT ON THE WEEKENDS AND WINTER MONTHS...it gets busy
