★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tabaco Is one of the poorest states in Mexico, it's in the Gulf of Mexico and Villahermosa, the capital is criscrossed by rivers. The Plaza the Armas is along the Río Grijalva. You'll find some vendors of fruit, typical clothing and a variety of crepes called Marquesitas. They're worh the try.
There is a bridge that crosses the river, in the middle there is an observatory. It's a popular place and somewhat new. Unfortunately, it's a bit littered.
