★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una Plaza grande, con un Quiosco central del que emergen cuatro brazos, hay bancas para sentarse y áreas verdes. Rodean a la Plaza lugares importantes como la Catedral Metropolitana, así como también el Palacio de Gobierno. El Quiosco es grande, sin embargo se encuentra algo deteriorado, el paisaje se encuentra contaminado habitualmente debido a las mantas, lonas y pancartas de grupos sindicales que expresan sus exigencias hacia el gobierno de ésta manera. Se respeta, pero contamina el paisaje de una bonita plaza.
It is a large Plaza, with a central kiosk from which four arms emerge, there are benches to sit on and green areas. The Plaza is surrounded by important places such as the Metropolitan Cathedral, as well as the Government Palace. The Kiosk is large, however it is somewhat deteriorated, the landscape is regularly polluted due to the blankets, tarps and banners of union groups that express their demands towards the government in this way. It is respected, but it contaminates the landscape of a beautiful square.
