Según ellos debí pararme en el acotamiento, arriesgar mi seguridad para bajar a reclamar. Me da la impresión que esto lo hacen muy seguido. They charged us 100 pesos more with great ease. Uno paga para ir más seguro en todos los sentidos... Se me cruzó un perro y me dañó la defensa. Quise llamar al tel de emergencia 01800 de la pista y estaba fuera de servicio...tuve que irme hasta la caseta y esperar 2 horas al encargado de la pista (jefe de operaciones), Al llegar la aseguradora de la pista (después de 5 horas de espera) no me quisieron pagar el daño por qué el animal no estaba. El animal sobrevivió y escapó. La camioneta claramente tiene pelos del perro y rasguños. Aún así no se hicieron responsables. Mejor usen la libre para ir a valle o evitar usar ese tramo. No se hacen responsables de nada ni la compañía de la autopista y aseguradora SURA de la pista .. y es igual de peligrosa. NO SE ARRIESGUEN. #acomex AVOID USING IT...
