The Monument to the Alliance, better known as "Los Tubos", is an abstract work of art by sculptor and architect Javier Meléndez. It is located in the municipality of San Pedro Garza García, and is a symbol of the industry's alliance with the government of Nuevo León. It was inaugurated on September 20, 1978 during the administration of Mayor Genaro Leal Martínez.
