★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Plaza de Las Nieves is apparently a big collection of places to buy ice cream! I wish I'd known this when I was here to check out this giant staircase. Look at my photo of this place. That woman trying to get off the Plaza here requires the help of two adults and one photographer. It scared me. I thought I'd never get out of this place without a team of people to carry me down in my sedan chair.
I can attest to the popularity of this area where you're sure not to be overcome by religion. There is a lot of traffic here, people are just waiting to drive over you, so be really careful. Be careful everywhere in this city.
