Estuvimos bordando en memoria de Lupita ((Bordamos feminicidios) desde las 5:30 y cuando empezó a oscurecer pensamos que podríamos continuar porque se encenderían las lámparas de la acera y no, para nada. En pleno corazón de Monterrey, a unos pasos del palacio de gobierno, NO funcionaba el alumbrado público. ¿Qué harán con nuestros impuestos?
