★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plaza Silao appears to be a very traditional Mexican city center with many shops that cater to the local people of the city. The city was bustling with people, vendors, traffic etc. People going along with their weekly ritual of shopping. If you would like to experience authentic non- tourist destinations... Silao is a good place to do that. Make sure to check out the interior of the many downtown churches.
