★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una plaza muy emblemática y con mucha historia del centro de la bellísima ciudad de Monterrey, es una lastima que este invadida por puesteros ambulantes que ya están establecidos como mini restaurantes, y lo peor ni son de aquí de Monterrey y ni es de ellos, es una mafia que NINGUN ALCALDE DE MONTERREY ha podido quitar, han hecho documentales acerca de los puestos ambulantes que invaden el primer cuadro de Monterrey y han ganado premios en Europa, pero ni así los pueden quitar, si vas a otras ciudades como Mérida, Torreón, etc no hay esa sobre población de puestos ambulantes, ojala que alguien del gobierno pueda limpiar el primer cuadro de la Ciudad de Monterrey.
