★ ★ ★ ★ ★ San Rafael en general buen lugar para pasar el rato, playa a 15 minutos en Costa esmeralda, y el carnaval que es en julio se pone muy bueno, desfile de carros alegóricos, el baile en la explanada o el parque y entrada libre, la terminal de buses está frente a todo esto, muchas cosas para comer y beber.
