The large central plaza of Guadalajara runs for several blocks around the cathedral. It is full of statues, fountains, vendors and clowns. However, i would have liked to have seen more sidewalk restaurants and coffee shops for people watching.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a gorgeous walk up the the cathedral from this point. I truly love fountains and this was one of the few that were turned on. We were told my local vendor to pass by this whole area for The touristy thing. They also spoke your drinks for extra ?
