This place is the worst place to visit when starting a company. For me personally, after a year of attempting to receive my Ambiemental Permit, I was finally contacted to pick it up. When I got there 1 week later, I picked up an expired permit. When I complained, I was told I had to. Begin the process all over again. So, I decided to play along and asked, " if you already have an existing permit, do you have to reapply, or simply pay a renewal fee?" They refused to answer my question. So now I get to see my favorite agency in yet another city... PROFECO!
